Canon TS6350 Ink Absorber Full Reset
If your Canon TS6350 suddenly refuses to print and shows a maintenance or service warning, the ink absorber counter may have reached its limit.
Ink absorber pads store waste ink during normal operation. Canon firmware tracks this using a software counter and may stop printing when it reaches the limit.
This page is prepared for Canon TS6350. Service mode instructions are shown only when a matching series procedure is known.
How to Enter Service Mode on Canon TS6350
If your Canon TS6350 supports service mode reset, follow the steps below before performing the counter reset.
- Turn the printer OFF.
- Press and hold Stop/Reset.
- While holding Stop/Reset, press and hold Power.
- Release Stop/Reset (keep holding Power).
- Press Stop/Reset 5 times.
- Release Power — the printer should enter service mode.
If it doesn’t work, repeat the sequence carefully. The press count depends on the series.
Clear the Ink Absorber / Waste Ink Counter
Once the counter is cleared, Canon TS6350 should exit the locked state and printing should resume normally.
Important Notes
Treat the reset as a maintenance step. If your printer has extremely high usage, consider cleaning/replacing absorber pads to avoid overflow.
Reset tools and instructions
If your model does not show a service mode section, it means no matching procedure was found for its series.
