During head cleaning and maintenance cycles, excess ink is routed to internal absorber pads. The Epson L365 uses a software counter to estimate pad saturation and locks printing at a set threshold.

Three Steps to Restore Epson L365 Printing

1. Fase 1: Use a Windows PC (7–11) with Internet access. Connect Epson L365 via USB (Wi-Fi reset is not supported).
2. Fase 2: Aperto Wic Reset Connect with admin privileges and verify device recognition for Epson L365.
